By accessing SPARK Factor services, you agree to these terms and our legal policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our service.
2. Service Terms
Project scope, timeline, and compensation are defined in each Statement of Work (SOW). We may update methods or delivery format where necessary.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and required assets to ensure project delivery quality and timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, client-specific deliverables are transferred to the client, excluding third-party licensed or pre-existing framework components.
5. Limitation Of Liability
SPARK Factor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the six months before claim.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where SPARK Factor is headquartered.
